Flat products are used for fabrication, pressure equipment, tanks, process vessels, cladding, formed components, heat shields, shims and general engineering. Selection should define grade, product form, thickness, width, length or coil dimensions, finish, edge condition, flatness, testing and protective packing.

How it is made

Precision strip or sheet feedstock is selected for the grade, temper and thin-gauge requirement.
