/ 01 — TECHNICAL OVERVIEW

Stainless Steel & Nickel Alloy Coils

NESCO Pipe & Tubes is a supplier, stockist, importer and exporter of stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, nickel alloy, titanium and copper-nickel coils, supporting standard and project-specific requirements.

Coils are supplied for fabrication, forming, process equipment, heat exchangers, cladding, strip processing and general engineering applications. Selection should define the grade, thickness, width, coil ID and OD, coil weight, surface finish, edge condition, testing and protective packing.

Availability may include master coils, slit coils and processed supply, depending on the material, dimensions, finish and quantity required.

How it is made
01

Slab is hot rolled into continuous coil and descaled for further processing.

02

Cold rolling and intermediate annealing achieve the specified gauge and mechanical condition.

03

Final annealing, pickling or bright annealing establishes the ordered finish.

04

Master coil is levelled or slit to width with the specified edge condition and coil geometry.

05

Thickness, width, surface, telescoping and coil weight are checked before moisture-resistant wrapping.
