Stainless Steel & Nickel Alloy Square Bars
NESCO Pipe & Tubes is a supplier, stockist, importer and exporter of stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, nickel alloy, titanium and copper-nickel square bars, supporting standard, maintenance and project-specific requirements.
Square bars provide a four-sided profile suited to machining, shafts, fasteners, supports, structural components, tooling and fabricated assemblies. Selection should define the grade, side dimension, length, condition, dimensional tolerance, corner geometry, surface finish and applicable inspection requirements.
Square bars may be supplied in hot-finished, cold-finished, peeled, ground or polished conditions, depending on the material, size and specified requirements.
How it is made

Billet is hot rolled, forged or cold drawn to a four-sided section.

Heat treatment is completed to the ordered grade and condition.

Straightening and finishing control side dimension, corner radius and twist.

Bars are cut to the required length and may be ground or polished.

Side size, squareness, straightness, surface quality and material identity are inspected.

01Which dimensions control square bar acceptance?
Side dimension, corner radius, squareness, twist, straightness and length should be defined where tighter control is needed.

Cold-drawn or other finished conditions may be available depending on grade and size.
